Program Details
Why is self-discovery important?
- Employers value job candidates and employees who have the professional maturity of knowing what they want for their careers, what values they can bring to the table, in what ways they would like to develop and grow, and how the particular job with the employer would be the right personal fit.
- Clarity is power. When you know what you want, you know how to spot the relevant opportunities that come along, you also would know how to create the right opportunities for yourself.
- Instead of aimlessly applying to job opportunities and not getting great results, a more effective job-hunting approach involves aiming at suitable opportunities. This requires self-awareness as the foundation.
Self-awareness is a lifelong practice for creating a satisfying career and life.
In this program, you will start with a few self-discovery exercises to help heighten your self-awareness for your own career development.
Important: This is a dynamic program, please check back often.
We will be releasing the exercises as new sessions throughout the next few weeks to help you pace yourself. Stay tuned.
